By creating an account or using Close Sales OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Close Sales OS provides an AI-powered sales execution platform including pre-call briefs, roleplay practice, business case tools, and post-call coaching for B2B sales professionals.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
New accounts may receive a trial period as communicated at sign-up. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of your trial period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
You agree to use Close Sales OS only for lawful business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Outputs generated by Close Sales OS are provided as sales preparation assistance only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your sales activities.
The Close Sales OS platform, brand, and all proprietary content are owned by us. Content you input remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Close Sales OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Close Sales OS is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
